We always like to do the best we can for all our customers and will help with any problem as quickly and efficiently as we can.

If you are unhappy with your yarn purchase for any reason, the yarn may be returned within 7 days for a full refund of the purchase cost of the yarn.

Apologies, but we are unable to refund p+p costs as these are a set amount and the postage will have already been allocated to your purchase.

However, we will refund the cost of your return postage to RMY up to 2.75, providing a proof of posting and a cash receipt is obtained from the Post Office.
